All the products sold on Forever Store are governed by different state laws and if Vijay Sales/Forever Store is unable to deliver such products due to implications of different state laws, Vijay Sales/Forever Store will return or will give credit for the amount received by Vijay Sales/Forever Store from the sale of such product that could not be delivered to you.
You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on Forever Store. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by Vijay Sales/Forever Store via phone calls and / or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. Vijay Sales/Forever Store will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS'es.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by Vijay Sales/Forever Store, Vijay Sales/Forever Store is not responsible or takes no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:
- lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
- or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s",
- or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
- or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only
Unless otherwise specified, the material on Forever Store is presented solely for the purpose of sale India. Forever Store makes no representation that materials in Forever Store are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and Vijay Sales/Forever Store is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Forever Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Description
Forever Store tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Forever Store does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Vijay Sales/Forever Store itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing/Typographical error
Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers' prices of the product may vary. The price taken into consideration will be at the time of order confirmation and payment done by the customer. If Forever Store comes across any such difference in pricing due to any issues, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.
Credit Card Use
In a credit/debit card transaction you must use your own credit/debit card. Vijay Sales/Forever Store will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to “prove otherwise” will be exclusively on the user. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Vijay Sales/Forever Store.
Vijay Sales/Forever Store reserves the right to cancel any order placed using a credit card which holds an International billing address.
Orders
After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be canceled at all. In the event of non-delivery occurred due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), if Vijay Sales/Forever Store incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be canceled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
Cancellation of order
Vijay Sales/Forever Store reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Vijay Sales/Forever Store is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/canceled does not comply with the Vijay Sales/Forever Store policy or for any other reason.
However, Vijay Sales/Forever Store will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
If users/customers are not responding to our calls, emails or via any communication within the 8 days from date of purchase then Vijay Sales/Forever Store has the right to cancel any order without any explanation.
Delivery
Vijay Sales/Forever Store provides FREE Delivery for all products sold on Forever Store to your beneficiary address in Mumbai, New Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Pune, Gujrat, Delhi-NCR, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana city limits only (Kindly check Pin Code for Delivery Serviceable Area). There are no hidden charges applicable. Delay in the delivery due to stock unavailability or some technical issues will not be considered in the shipment date/days. The day of booking your order is taken as day 0.
Pricing
All offer prices on Forever Store are all inclusive; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.
Shipping Options
Currently delivery of products purchased on Forever Store is available in Mumbai, New Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Pune, Gujrat, Delhi-NCR, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana city limits only (Kindly check Pin Code for Delivery Serviceable Area). As and when we would provide delivery to other locations, the same would be updated here, we request you to kindly check the Shipping Options link on our home page for further updates.
Vijay Sales provides FREE shipping /delivery to your beneficiary address, we request you to place your valued order and enjoy the FREE shipping/delivery offer. Your order will be delivered as per the stipulated delivery time. We believe in providing our dear customers with the best service and hence do not charge for delivery, however, we reserve the right to change/discontinue the FREE Shipping/Delivery at any time.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vijay Sales/Forever Store, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Vijay Sales/Forever Store any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
Payment & Returns
Acceptable Methods of Payment
Presently payment methods available with Vijay Sales/Forever Store are through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential.Our secure online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect your Card information. We accept all VISA & MasterCards– only Indian cards, as International cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.
Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code
With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory, from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your bank's website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.
Returns and Refunds
Vijay Sales/Forever Store makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on +91 9266752999 or email us on Help@foreverstore.in. After acceptance of delivery of the product, Forever Store will not entertain any returns or refund requests.
Refund will be done within 10-15 working days from the date of request of refund by Vijay Sales/Forever Store.
After sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies.
For any product/service available on sale on Forever Store, the Forever Store does not assume any liability. Forever Store is only in the business of Listing of Products on its Website, providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Delhi. (Limited to mentioned cities limits only)

Placing an Order
Placing an order with Vijay Sales/Forever Store is easy and simple.
Step 1 – Browse through our wide range of products or just search for your desired product on our quick, powerful search placed at the header of every webpage. Use the dropdown menu to choose in a particular category.
Step 2 – While browsing the catalogue, you can select the product you wish to buy in your shopping cart, review the product and click on Buy Now on the product detail page.
Step 3 –Your selected product/s will show in your shopping cart, you can add the quantity or remove the product from your shopping cart. To continue shopping, please click on the bar at the left side or proceed to checkout by clicking on the bar at the right hand side.
Step 4 – You can either be logged in or shop by selecting the product , proceed to checkout or choose Guest Checkout, kindly provide us your email id and contact number, the billing and shipping address and proceed to review your order.
Step5 – Please review your order details and proceed with payment. Payment method details are given in our Payments & Returns link in the Help section at the footer of our webpage.
Step 6 –After payment completion you will be directed to the Order Acknowledgement page showing all the order details and the unique order number used to track your order.
Status on – Order, Payment, Shipment
You can view your order details in the My Account section and select My Orders.
How to track your shipped Orders
You can track your order by checking the details of the AWB number which will be shared with you as soon as the order is dispatched.
Payment Errors/Transaction Failure
